The Pro Walk/Pro Bike/Pro Place conference is a professional and community development opportunity for those working in the advocacy, consulting, planning and legislation of resources for pedestrians and cyclists. The conference was “…founded on the belief that greater access to walking and bicycling will create healthier individuals, cohesive neighborhoods, and vibrant communities.” Check out the week’s schedule here.

Today through Thursday, key influencers from all over the United States will share information about how to make our communities friendlier for human-powered transportation. Over 1,000 individuals are expected to attend this week’s conference.
